Dr Joseph Newman is joining the Cabarita Beach team from August 2026!

Hailing from the Mid North Coast of New South Wale, Dr Joey graduated from University of New South Wales in 2023 with a Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine (MD).

With a deep passion for wholistic and patient centred care, Dr Joey strives to partner with patients to best manage their health conditions, and promote preventative healthcare strategies to help his patients live well longer. He enjoys learning from all presentations and the breadth that General Practice has to offer, but is particularly interested in Palliative Care, Sports Medicine and Paediatrics.

An avid member of the Surfing Doctors, Dr Joey strives to surf every possible moment he can around his work and study commitments. He also enjoys spending time with his lovely partner as well as his new golden retriever puppy and supporting Crystal Palace!

Dr Joseph Newman is now accepting new and current patients of the practice.
